Last Spring I bought the Orvis Pro Guide Waders for $150 and they regularly sell for $289. I thought, WOW what a deal. After about a year, the elastic straps that help secure them around your chest broke on one side. I went online with Orvis Chat and talked to a rep and they gave me a repair number and I shipped them to Orvis. Today a brand new pair arrived in the mail. Now I'm not sure what service people expect but that is amazing. I have bought several things from Orvis and I think that their Customer Service is tops in the industry. Way to go Orvis!!!
