Bass Fishin' Fun

I got a chance to swing out by the lakes close to the house and do some bass fishing. I was in this one part that looked really good and sure enough I found a few bass sitting on a spawn nest. I caught one nice one and then this guy swam into the picture. I threw the classic "wooly bugger" out in front of her and it got within 3" of her mouth and then the fun started. A few people that were fishing saw me hook into her and came by to check her out. Unfortunately all I had was my cell phone camera.


After doing some research at the TPWD website I think this is a spotted bass. What do you think?
