I was at Hobby Lobby with my daughter to buy her a craftt. While we were there I thought we could swing by the floral department and see if they had any feathers. Ok, I admit it, I have a problem! I have to say I did find one heck-of-a-deal. I bought two 3 packs of Pheasant tail feathers for $3. I looked at the Orvis website and their 2 pack is $2.95. They are normally $2.99/3 pack at Hobby Lobby, but I got lucky and they were on sale for 50% off. The clerk said that if the flowers are on sale that includes the feathers. I looked through the packages and found two that are as good, if not better than the ones you buy from fly shops. Any hobby store has a good selection of tying materials. I buy my foam and Aunt Lydia's yarn at the local store.Tight Lines!
