Wrapping the guides and ferrules.

I wrapped all the guides and furrels. The hardest part was starting the wraps and finishing the wraps. Finishing the wraps got much easier after I started using a 4lb monofilament loop instead of a thread loop. The guide spacing I used was for a 6'6" fly rod (4-8.5-13.5-19-25-33-41.5-52) at the St. Croix website. Here are a few pictures of my first wraps.

If you notice the white dot, I used some acrylic paint to indicate that the guides are lined up. The female ferrule also has a white dot.
